Japanese restaurant on the 28th floor of Conrad Tokyo. Although it has a modern interior and an urban image, the food is very authentic, and the skill and spirit of the chef is bright. In addition to hall seats where you can enjoy kaiseki cuisine, each room has its own private room with individuality and taste, Edomae sushi counter, Teppanyaki counter, and sushi and Teppanyaki have excellent craftsmen. If you want to enjoy casually, lunch at lunchtime is worth it. Beautifully served and satisfying in quantity. The window seats overlook the Hamarikyu Palace and are considered one of the best Japanese restaurants in Tokyo.
